Core move-out requirements
- Provide 60-day notice through the portal
- Pay all rent, fees, utilities, and charges in full
- Keep utilities active through the lease end date
- Return all keys, remotes, and access devices
- Remove all personal property, trash, and vehicles
- Provide forwarding address and eCheck information in the portal
Professional cleaning (required)
- Professional whole-home cleaning and professional carpet cleaning are required.
- Submit paid receipts at move-out.
- Rug Doctor (and similar) is not accepted.
RentCheck Move-Out Inspection (strongly encouraged)
Completing a RentCheck move-out inspection helps document condition at move-out. Failure to complete it may waive the right to dispute certain charges determined from the final inspection comparison.
